DELIVERY & RETURN

Thanks for your purchase. We hope you will love everything that you order but if something went wrong don't hesitate to contact us. You have 14 days to return after received your order.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn, unwashed and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, fragrance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.

Please note that items bought online can be also refunded or exchanged in our store. Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately via email.

We reserve the right to not accept return of items purchased on sale or any other promotion.  In these case we can only offer you a voucher for the same value of goods.

How to return

Please get in touch with us via the contact form within 14 days in order to process your return and tell us the reasons for the return and/or possibly the desired exchange (different item, different size, etc.).

Please re-use the original packaging and tape the parcel securely.

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend to send the return through a trackable service. The cost for the return shipment is at your expense and the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

Refunds

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse.

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. 

Card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time. Please note that we have no control over this.

We cannot refund items purchased on sale or any other promotion. In these case we can only offer you a voucher for the same value of goods.
